Reservation Deposit, Cancellation, and Late Policies
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost. The amount will be charged to the account on file with nchairdoctor.com with which the reservation deposit was made. There are no exceptions to this policy.
