Reservation Deposit

   Appointments are confirmed by paid reservation deposit. Deposits are used to reserve appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and are considered as partial payment for the reserved appointment service(s) and the remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the reserved appointment service(s).  The remaining balance should be remitted in cash at the conclusion of service(s). 

Cancellation Policy

       Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation for service are liable for 100% of the scheduled cost of the service(s) reserved. The total amount of the reserved service(s) will be charged to the account on file with nchairdoctor.com with which the reservation deposit was paid.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  

Late Policy

A grace period of 15 minutes for reservations exceeding 40 minutes is allotted to clients that are late for their reserved appointment for service(s). A grace period of 10 minutes for reservations slotted for 30 minutes or less is allotted to clients that are late for their reserved appointment for service(s).  Any guest who exceeds the allotted grace period for their reservation for service(s) is subject to the Cancellation Policy and is liable for 100% of the cost of the reserved appointment service(s). There are no exceptions to this policy.
